MANSION
The Roberson Mansion offers elegance, romance, and tradition for a truly memorable occasion. There’s ample space within the grand foyer, dining room and library for a variety of special events.
The stunning mansion is perfect for small wedding ceremonies, receptions, bridal showers, pictures, corporate events, baby showers, birthday celebrations, graduation parties, holiday events or social gatherings.
Capacity: 40 people seated on first floor; 120 people total
BALLROOM
The Mansion features a newly restored third-floor ballroom, perfect for dinner and dancing. Never used by the original owners, the Roberson ballroom now plays host to a number of theatrical and modern events and parties. Capacity: 120
COURTYARD
When nature provides the decor, sometimes the best setting is outside. Our walled courtyard features a large private patio with access to our Dickenson West gallery inside. Our wooden deck provides an excellent dance floor with ample space for a tent to provide cover (just in case there’s a chance for rain). Capacity: 120
VISITOR CENTER THEATER
Located on the first floor of Roberson Museum, our Visitor Center Theater provides flexible seating in a focused setting for workshops, birthday parties, presentations, performances, and group meetings. Capacity: 50
VISITOR CENTER
Open with ample natural light, the Visitor Center’s walls have a lot to say about Binghamton, NY and her history. The space is flexible and could be the perfect setting for your next meeting, gathering, or party. Coupled with the Visitor Center Theater, these spaces can provide the perfect space for networking and mingling before and after a workshop or presentation.
PLANETARIUM
Set your mind alight with the challenges and possibilities space exploration holds. Explore the stars and our closest neighbors, and learn about how scientists are going to get a human to Mars and harness the power of asteroids. We have over 15 different shows to choose from. MUSEUM
The Museum offers a tremendous variety of space and provides a great environment for any business party or social event. Rent out a gallery or the entire Museum with its dynamic exhibits to provide an engaging space for your next event. Capacity: 500 people
PHOTO/ FILM SHOOT
Roberson Museum and Mansion can provide a number of unique backdrops to set the mood in order to tell the story you want. Ghost Hunts
Roberson does offer after-hours ghost hunts within the historic Mansion. You will have a staff member present to answer questions and provide a private tour of often unvisited spaces.
The rate is $350 per hour.
