Roberson Announces Summer of Savings

Roberson Museum and Science Center has launched a Summer of Savings program offering half-price admission for visitors.  From now until September 1 visitors can take advantage of the discounted admissions.

General Admission pricing effective through September 1:

Adults: $4

Students/Seniors: $3

Members/Children 4 and under: Free

Discounted reciprocal admissions for members of the Discovery Center and Binghamton Zoo at Ross Park remain $2.

The half-price special is in effect while Roberson works on several new changes including the installation of new digital planetarium equipment, a Civil War exhibition and the expansion of our current model train layout.

Guests who visit on Wednesday or Friday afternoons will get to see first-hand the progress being made on the new expanded model train layout, now located on the first floor of the museum.

Also on display at Roberson are the Homegrown exhibition and the recently opened Regional Art Exhibition featuring over 60 regional artists in categories including photography, painting, sculpture and neon art.  As always, admission also includes access to the historic Roberson Mansion.

Support provided by the general operations support grants from the United Cultural Fund, a program of the Broome County Arts Council; the Conrad and Virginia Klee Foundation; the Zoos, Botanical Gardens and Aquariums Program, administered by the New York State Office of Parks, Recreational, and Historical Preservation; and the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature.
