Create living ornaments that know no season. We’ll start with planning succulents into one ornament. Working with terrarium techniques, on a very small scale, first layering soil and sand to create visual interest. Choosing succulents and other decorations to complete the first of two living ornaments. The second will house an air plant. Air plants seem to thrive in the humidity captured by these open terrariums. Choose to make a pair by creating a similar landscape for your air plant or choose to design a unique environment for your second ornament. Gift wrapping will be provided should you choose to make a gift of your plant craft.

This class is great for all skill levels and is slightly messy.

All design elements and tools will be provided in class.

Your teacher will be Jasmine of KoKaDema Flora in Binghamton, NY. She is an expert in plant craft and has been educating the community in creating beautiful pieces made from nature.

Cost: $75 for non-members; $65 for Roberson Members
