Come wander through time, space, history, and art.
This First Friday we’re going “Back to the Moon” during a 7PM Planetarium show, stepping back in time to the Gilded Age, and exploring parables of life through surrealist art.
(The Mansion will be temporarily closed for a private event from 6PM – 7PM. The rest of the Museum will remain open.)
Admission to Roberson is $4 on First Fridays after 5PM.
Roberson will be showing an updated version of “Back to the Moon for Good,” which chronicles the teams around the world who are involved in the Google Lunar XPRIZE, vying to be the first citizen-led projects to land a robot on the Moon and perform some scientific endeavors. The full show is narrated by the voice of Buzz Lightyear himself, Tim Allen.
