Cats! Day

Families, get ready for a speCATular event all about… you guessed it: Cats! Practice your engineering skills and design a purrrfect cat house model, discover the genetic codes behind feline furs, and get crafty with some absolutely PAWsome cat art. Top the day off with a visit to our brand new Cats! exhibition filled with the art, history, culture and science behind these phenomenal creatures.

If you love cats or want to learn more about them through a day of fun activities, come to Roberson Museum. Plus! The new Cats! exhibition will be on-view.

Activities will be taking place across 2 floors of the Museum.

When: Saturday, July 24 from 11:00AM – 3:30PM

This event is recommended for curious kids and families.
Activities created with grades 2nd – 6th in mind.

Admission is $8 for adults; $6 for students/seniors/military; free for kids 4 and under. Members are always free. Community members are also welcome to make use of Roberson’s Pay It Forward program and get into this event at no charge. You must walk-in to use a Pay It Forward pass, cannot be reserved online.

Planetarium shows will be available for an additional +$4 per person to be paid at admissions. Planetarium tickets will be sold at the admissions desk the day of the event.
