RoberCon 2014 Badges
This year we are offering Single-Day Admission Badges available for your choice of Saturday, September 27 or Sunday, September 28 entry. These single-day badges are only good on the date selected.
FEATURED OFFER: We are also offering a Weekend Admission badge which covers your RoberCon entry BOTH Saturday and Sunday. This badge provides a savings for you to enjoy both days of the event.
VIP Reception: Roberson is partnering with Binghamton High School to feature a screening of the 1968 “Planet of the Apes” with screen play by Rod Serling in the Helen Foley Theatre at Binghamton High. This will take place Saturday, September 27 with a pre-screening reception from 6:30-8, followed by the screening. Passes are available to the VIP Reception at $5 for general admission and $3 for Roberson Members and children 12 and under.

There will be PLENTY of activities and panels taking place both days of RoberCon, so whatever badge option you choose, you’ll have wonderful things to enjoy.
One of our featured guests during RoberCon is Vestal native Rocco Passionino. Rocco is an Emmy award winning and Visual Effects Society award winning Visual Effects Supervisor. Rocco Passionino is known for his work on Zombieland (2009), Titanic (1997), Spider-Man 2 (2004) and The Fifth Element (1997). CLICK HERE for more info about Rocco.
While we encourage cosplay and costuming all weekend long, our official costume contest will take place on Sunday during RoberCon.
We invite you to be part of Greater Binghamton, NY’s SciFi Convention being held at Roberson Museum and Science Center in Binghamton (30 Front Street). RoberCon is back and bigger in 2014 as we have expanded to two days, September 27-28.
RoberCon 2014 will feature costume displays and contests, even more gaming experiences, increased panel discussion opportunities and, of course, our merchant area and fan group displays.
Another great component of the event: Location! Roberson Museum and Science Center features great amenities with tremendous space including a three story museum, an historic mansion and a Digital Planetarium. It’s the perfect setting as we host fans of every age, size, and imagination

RoberCon guests will be able to interact with vendors and fan groups, participate in a costume contest, enjoy multiple gaming opportunities and have access to Roberson’s various exhibitions.
Additionally, several SciFi enthusiasts will take part in a variety of panel discussions. Special demonstrations will also take place in Roberson’s Digital Planetarium throughout the weekend.
