Q: Is there a difference between a Roberson Rewards Membership and a Roberson Museum and Science Center Membership? Does it require a special sign-up?
A: Simple answer: NO. Roberson Rewards IS the new membership program. All current Roberson members are automatically enrolled in the program, as are all new members. You receive all traditional Roberson member benefits, plus additional rewards discounts at over 25 local businesses.
Q: Has the addition of new Roberson Rewards benefits increased the price of membership?
A: No! Roberson has added tremendous value to our membership program without raising the price. The cost has remained constant across the various levels of membership. Roberson Rewards is just an added bonus.
Q: What if I don’t have my Roberson Rewards card with me when I visit Roberson, or a business participating in the Roberson Rewards program?
A: The quickest answer: To ensure you get discounts – make sure you have your card on you! We encourage you to carry your Rewards card with you at all times to easily redeem discounts at Roberson and at our participating locations. Please note; businesses participating in the Roberson Rewards programs are not responsible for verifying your membership.
